Q. I can't seem to log in to my account. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
A. Make sure you're logging into the right account. Sometimes users try to log into the Job Seeker Folder when they mean to access their Employer Folder. Also make sure you're logging in with the same e-mail address and password that was used to create the account. To retrieve a forgotten password, click on the "Password" link on the home page.
Q. When does my Job Seeker Folder become active, and for how long?
A. Your Job Seeker Folder becomes active as soon as you submit a resume to our database. It will stay active as long as you keep your resume stored in our system. Use the Job Seeker Folder feature to edit, renew or delete your resume.
