  • Member Profiles and Resume Privacy

    Job seekers have two options when storing their resume on our they can make it "public" or "private." A private resume is only viewable to select employers to which you apply online through our site. A public resume is stored in our general resume database, and can be viewed by bona fide employers who pay for a resume database subscription.

    Employers, on the other hand, can remain anonymous by leaving the Organization / Company name blank in the job ad form and accepting "blind box" responses through their Employer Account. All Users may change the privacy settings of their profile through their account portal.

  • Social Media Widgets

    Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as a link to our Twitter page. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
