Course-preps per teacher vary by campus. Most IDEA campuses have 2-3 Foreign Language teachers once fully scaled to Grades 6-12. All IDEA Foreign Language teachers are responsible for ensuring that every IDEA student masters the academic and social skills necessary to succeed in college, while also embodying IDEAs values daily. IDEA Foreign Language teachers seek feedback and continue to develop their teaching practice to better serve IDEA students.
