This dynamic family has enjoyed diving headfirst into their working ranch amongst the mountains of Colorado. They practice holistic land management and are passionate about implementing strategies to fight climate change through the relationship between their animals and the land. When they’re not working hard on the ranch, they’re working hard at their second home in Crested Butte. Their two children, aged 10 and 5 years old, are both very active and have been thriving through a Montessori background; they are being raised to be independent thinkers who are passionate about life. The family is eager to find a pillar of support in their family assistant who can keep the overall flow of them and allow them to focus on their passions, their children, and their time together as a family.
This position is ideal for a candidate who is organized and tech-savvy, a self-starter who can think ahead, and who enjoys wearing multiple hats in their work! A passion for managing the overall flow of the home will be very important as the family’s work is intertwined with their holistic values and home life. They hope to work with a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and requires little direction.
