Job Goal:
To lead students toward the fulfillment of their potential and to help them to learn subject matter and/or skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible men and women.

Requirements:
·         Must have completed at least one full school year in your current assignment,
·         Must not be on any current plan of improvement, e.g., Educator Assistance Plan (EAP).
·         Must not be participating in the ARL program
·         Must not be participating in the Special Education Option program

Reference the NCCTA Contract Article 7-1.

This position is open for internal transfer from February 15-March 31, 2021 and is to begin the 2021-2022 school year.

Selection Procedure:
Applications for voluntary transfer will be accepted between February 15th through March 31st. Hiring supervisors will conduct interviews based on electronic transfer requests. During the first part of April, hiring supervisors will then attend a staffing meeting with Human Resources to make all placements.
