Independence Mission Schools provide sustainable, affordable, high-quality Catholic education to children of all faiths in underserved urban neighborhoods, through a new model of governance, funding, and accountability for the member schools. The Central Operations Managers provides high-level administrative support to IMS leaders within a start-up educational culture.

This position is to support the general operations, internal communications and office management for the IMS central management team and staff. 

Key Functions - time and all locations (approximate)

Job requirements:

This position reports directly to the Chief of Schools and is located at our central office main location at St. Malachy’s school

Physical Demands:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open cabinets, unload supplies and bend or stand as necessary. Successful candidates must be able to clear all background checks as listed on Careers Page.

Work Schedule

Full Time, 12-month position.  

 FLSA: Exempt
