Day Care Aide

The Department of Children and Families, Office of Education (OOE) has an immediate need for a Day Care Aide in the Burlington Campus. This position is located in Mount Holly, NJ.

Please note that schools within OOE have a 12-month school year.

This position performs various duties including giving physical assistance to children or adults with intellectual disabilities; preparing the noon meal; relieving the Day Care Center Technician with the training program; riding Day Care Center buses; overseeing the clients transported on these vehicles; related work as required.

Ability to physically lift, move, and position students as needed.

LICENSE: Appointee will be required to possess a driver’s license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.

SALARY: $$31,877.73 - $44,300.34
