Position Purpose
The academic enrichment lead is someone who is excited to design a program for students who are performing well above academic standards and are craving more of a challenge. You are someone who loves being asked challenging questions by students, especially the ones you may not even know the answer to. You appreciate that a child?s curiosity has no bounds and that they are best served by creating a learning environment that is targeted to a child?s interests and academic needs. You will work across grade levels to design enriching academic experiences in math, literacy, and other subjects that provide groups of students access to new skills at their individualized level that will challenge them in new ways.
* The Academic Enrichment Coordinator will follow an 11-month, 203 day calendar for the 23-24 school year.
