You must hold a valid Maryland teaching certification in math. You have experience with the adolescent population and the accompanying subject levels. You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can handle a high level of accountability. You will be able to embrace and drive change and can work effectively in a collaborative environment. Experience in healthcare industry preferred but not required.
This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day.
• Teaching children 14- 18 years old
• Creating lesson plans
• Working with children on their individual school curriculum
• Communicating with hospital staff and parents
• Communicating with student’s teachers and schools
Many of these tasks involve Education, Inc.’s custom created database (Salesforce), MS Word, and electronic communication. MD Teaching Certified is required, training will be provided.
