About Us

TeachingJobs.com was launched in September 2015 and is the only K-12 career site with a section dedicated to science, technology, engineering and math jobs. The site is free for job seekers, while employers pay a small fee to advertise job opportunities.

Our Mission

Over the past 20 years, math and science test scores among U.S. students has ranked in the middle compared to other industrialized countries (see link). A survey from the American Association for the Advancement of Science found that only 16 percent believed the U.S. K-12 STEM education was the best or above average. Our goal at TeachingJobs.com is to provide a valuable resource for STEM teachers and those looking to enter this specialized field of teaching.
