Multimedia Communications Specialist
Reports to: Director of Communications
Job Description:
The Multimedia Communications Specialist will assist the Director of Communications with internal and external stakeholder communications.
Primary Responsibilities:
Initiate, produce, and edit creative and engaging content for our social media platforms.
Assist in the development of the weekly Bulldog Bulletin.
Manage the Ottumwa Schools website with the assistance from the director.
Create on-brand graphics for various projects.
Schedule content for the director.
Provides support for event planning.
Works with the Director of Communications to make key decisions for branding, video/photo content, and two-way communication plans.
Collaborate with the Director of Communications to write scripts, press releases, and other materials.
Other duties as assigned.
$15.72 per hour - 29 hours a week - Misc. Employee
