Description:

• Hold a New Jersey Teacher Certification K-12 in accordance with the requirements of NJ State Standards with Bilingual Endorsement
• Knowledge of the NJCCCS. WIDA Standards and mandated state testing
• Knowledge of the New Jersey State Learning Standards
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching content in Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with grade level colleagues to provide individualized, yet rigorous instruction in Bilingual Strategies
• Demonstrate knowledge of child growth and development, effective instructional strategies, classroom management
• Experience working with students in various grades levels in various content areas
• Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community

• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
• Pending budget availability
