The Long-Term Substitute Teacher will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment while delivering developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with the Windham School District curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Deliver high-quality instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with district curriculum and grade-level expectations.

• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all students throughout the school day.

• Assess student progress regularly and use data to inform and adjust instruction.

• Establish and maintain positive, productive partnerships with students, families, and staff.

• Collaborate effectively with grade-level colleagues, specialists, and administration.

• Foster a classroom culture that supports academic growth and social-emotional development.
