• Bilingual/ESL Certification
• Knowledge of NJCCCS, the Common Core Standards, and Mandated State Testing
• Effective instructional practices and strategies
• Experience working with Elementary and Middle School students
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing with students, staff, parents, and the community
