• New Jersey Certificate and Middle/High School Highly Qualified in Physical Education and Health
• Possess interpersonal skills with students, staff, parents & community
• Diagnose student strengths and weaknesses and match these skills with appropriate techniques and materials
• Mastery of pedagogical and subject matter skills
• Demonstrate expertise in designing an implementing standards-based instruction
• Knowledge of NJ Curriculum standards
• Demonstrate knowledge of child growth, development, and effective instructional strategies
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators, and the community.
