The Role
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for creating the enrollment strategy across Meeting Street Schools’ five schools. This role will oversee all aspects of student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes. As a strategic architect of student recruitment and family engagement, this role will shape the admissions experience from first inquiry to enrollment through building meaningful community relationships, telling the Meeting Street story, and driving measurable enrollment outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategy aligned with the network’s goals
Manage the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment
Build a network of relationships with external groups, including relationships with feeder schools in the Charleston and Spartanburg areas
Work with Principals and Operations teams to create positive prospective parent experiences through tours, events, and open houses
Coordinate and participate in recruitment and re-recruitment events
Ensure data integrity regarding admissions, withdrawals, and re-enrollment, and communicate to the school leadership and admissions committee
Support recurring admissions committee presentations for final admissions decisions
Partner with the communications team to design recruitment materials and campaigns that reflect the network’s brand and values
Work closely with school-based teams to understand program offerings and develop compelling narratives for prospective families
Prepare regular reports for leaders on enrollment progress and projections.

Educational Background and Work Experience:
A bachelor’s degree is required
Experience in choice or selective school admissions is preferred
Experience in marketing and sales is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The starting salary range for the Associate Director of Admissions is $78,000 - $95,000, and is commensurate with experience. Additionally, Meeting Street Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to:
