Description:
This is a full-time Elementary Special Education Teaching position at Allen Frear Elementary School for the 2025-26 school year. Individuals who are eligible or possess Special Education Teacher and Elementary Teacher certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must apply online. Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Special Education Teacher. Successful candidates must provide evidence of successful PRAXIS II scores or a valid out of state teaching license. Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. Applicants with one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.
