Qualifications:

• Experience working with high school students
• Resource experience preferred
• Appropriate New Jersey Secondary Certificate(s)
• Demonstrate knowlege of child growth development and effective instructional stategies
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, with student, parents, administrators, and the community

• Meet such alternatives to above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable
