Coach - Volleyball Girls Head/ EVHS

EVHS is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Head Volleyball Coach to lead our high school volleyball program. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, teach fundamental and advanced skills, and foster a positive, competitive, and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the volleyball program, including practices, games, and conditioning.

• Develop athletes’ skills while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic success.

• Ensure compliance with district and athletic association rules.

• Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and school staff.

• Oversee assistant coaches and maintain equipment and facilities.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience required; high school or club level preferred.

• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and coaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Must meet all district and state coaching certification requirements.

Schedule & Compensation:
Seasonal position; stipend per district coaching salary schedule
