POSITION:	Music Teacher - General Music 1.0 FTE Contract Eligible (with proper PDE Certification*)
LOCATION:	Groveland Elementary School
AVAILABLE:	March 16, 2026* *exact start date TBD
COMPENSATION:	Salary according to CBEA Agreement
DESCRIPTION:	CBSD is accepting applications for a PA certified Music teacher. Candidates must be talented, organized and experienced, with excellent musical skills. Choral and General Music candidates must also possess strong piano skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge of content and pedagogy, knowledge of Pennsylvania's Academic Standards and a sound understanding of how to prepare, direct and guide instruction.
REQUIREMENTS:	Bachelor’s Degree with PA Music Education PK-12 certificate *If applicant requires a PDE Emergency Permit, contract eligibility is not applicable, and the vacancy becomes a Long Term Per Diem Substitute position through the end of the school year at a rate of $200.00 p/ full day.
