The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Principal Product
Manager - Tech with MarTech/AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience to
help deliver superior experiences to Prime Video customers worldwide.
You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, and
develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently
cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, project management,
design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service,
content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video
Personalization & Discovery customer experience. We are looking for an
analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the
ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team.
This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end
ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times. Basic
Qualifications: - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and
strategy related to a product
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
- Experience with AI/ML technologies Preferred Qualifications: - Experience
working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process
improvement
- Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present
complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and
non-technical leaders
- Previous MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or Personalization experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package
will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including experience,
qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits
