2025/2026 School Year

Terms of Service: Hourly, part-time, school year position for two to three hours per school day from 3 PM to 5:30 PM daily to assist students. Pay rate of $18.50 per hour for the 2025/2026 school year.

Benefits: No benefits are available for part-time and/or per diem personnel.

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Before/After School Program Director (Director) and Coordinator, the Before School Lead Instructor (Instructor) will assist with the implementation of the program. The Instructor is responsible for helping to maintain a safe and clean site, ensuring a high level of program quality, and working to establish a positive relationship with all program participants and their families.

Ability to -

? Work with, develop, lead, mentor, and supervise youth ages 5 to 14 in small and large groups.

? Engage in physical activities with participants without limitation.

? Lift, carry, pull, or otherwise move objects between 10 and 20 pounds.

? Stand for up to 5 hours.

? Maintain an inviting, safe, orderly environment.

? Work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff, parents, and students.

? Effectively communicate and demonstrate sensitivity with others.

? Be a good role model for children.

Education and/or Experience:

? Entry-level position.
