We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Nutrition Services Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our school food service program, balancing financial accuracy with administrative support and community interaction.

What You’ll Do
Financial Integrity: Manage student accounts with high accuracy and confidentiality. You will handle daily cash procedures and reconcile deposits within our digital system.

Operational Support: Ensure the kitchen stays running smoothly by preparing daily production records and managing weekly food/supply ordering.

Compliance & Reporting: Take the lead on essential state and USDA reporting to keep our program in alignment with federal guidelines.

Office Coordination: Act as the right hand to the Director by processing purchase orders, answering inquiries, and managing general office workflow.

Professional Engagement: Represent the district professionally while interacting with students, parents, and faculty, fostering a positive environment.
