Substitute School Nurse Windham SAU #95

Windham, NH

2025-2026 School Year

Substitute - School Nurse  $200.00 per day 

Requirements: 

Current NH RN license, CPR Certified, Pediatric experience, and school experience preferred

Location:

Windham School District

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide direct and indirect care to students in compliance with school district policies, professional standards of practice, physician orders, and individual health plans

Maintain health records and complete appropriate documentation

Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure effective daily health supervision of all students

Assure that all immunizations and physicals are up to date per the School district policy for admittance to school

Close the nurse's office for the end of school and open for the beginning of the school year

Work with and supervise Medical Assistants and delegate per NH state rules and regulations
Function in accordance with the NH Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses, and the School District Policies and Procedures.
