Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business
development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 6 years of
experience with an advanced degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience with social or video products.
* Experience in E-Commerce or Retail.
* Ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer
goals.
* Ability to work independently who remains resilient and curious when
navigating ambiguity.
* Excellent team player with problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organization, project management skills with an ability to progress
multiple workstreams.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry
thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously
challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support

drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite
of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a
member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$180,000 +
bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant
education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary
range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of
their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
* Develop intensity, urgency, and ambition to drive growth for our customers

* Plan for and achieve client growth goals through the delivery of
comprehensive Google advertising solutions that help partners meet their
business objectives.
* Focus on Google merchant center and shopping solutions for an account while
