Principal Lead

We are seeking an experienced Principal Lead to guide solution design and support enterprise-level initiatives for our team. This role partners with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, aligned, and practical for long-term success. Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design and provide strategic technical direction
Guide teams on best practices across systems, integrations, and platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive solutions
Review and provide feedback on proposed designs and approaches
Help ensure solutions meet performance, security, and reliability expectations
Support modernization and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Experience in technology, engineering, or consulting environments
Experience supporting complex systems or enterprise-level initiatives
Understanding of system design, integrations, and/or cloud environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
