Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an English Language Teacher to provide in-person, customized lessons to our clients in Newton, MA.

Student: Individual classes for an adult
Availability: Tuesday and Thursday 10 pm to 12pm
Preferred start date: ASAP
Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
Lesson Duration: 1.5 hours
Lesson location: close to 665 Saw Mill Brook Pkwy, Newton, MA 02459, USA
Current language level: Beginner
Native and other spoken languages: Spanish (native) German (Advanced)
Student’s language needs and goals: Pronunciation, Daily life communication
Additional Information: Structured lessons w/ conversation practice
Responsibilities:
Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
To have native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
To have a degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or a related field
To have a minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience
Having experience working with young children is a must
