ATC Northwest is seeking experienced Paraprofessionals to support students in the Bellevue School District!



Rate: $34/hr



Current Openings

* 7 Paraprofessional positions available



Paraprofessional Requirements

* At least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or similar role.
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred/required.
* Candidates with a high school diploma, GED, or transcripts may qualify with additional education or testing, including:
* ParaPro Exam: Passing score of 455, or
* Master Teacher Exam: Passing score of 65%, or
* College coursework: At least 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits, with courses at the 100 level or higher.

* Foreign degrees are accepted with an evaluation from a NACES-approved evaluation company. Candidates may be able to start provisionally while the evaluation is pending if they have also passed the ParaPro exam.
* Resume/profile required.
* Must be able to complete required school district and background screening.



Paraprofessional Credentials & Clearances

* Current education credentials/documentation applicable to the position.
* License/certification and education verification, as applicable.
* State fingerprint/background clearance and school district suitability approval.
* Criminal background check.
* OIG, GSA/SAM, and National Sex Offender Registry checks.
* Annual TB questionnaire.
